Landscaping

Thanks to voters’ approval of Measure E, residents are seeing the restoration of many programs and services throughout Oxnard.

The funding allows the City to hire contractors to catch up on deferred maintenance and restore monthly medians and parkways maintenance.

Staff has divided the work equitably into three regions, based on the amount of landscape work involved in each area (not based on lineal feet).

Parks Mowing Schedule

With funding from Measure E, weekly mowing at the City’s 33 turf General Funds parks is being restored.

(Measure O Parks – College Park and East Village Park – are maintained separately.)
